Welcome to the blog of Sustainable Plumbing of NC!
We are so happy to welcome you and share more information about our company, the services we provide, and how we can help you meet your plumbing needs at home and work.
First, let’s introduce our wonderful team!
Paige Shue is the Owner and Operator of the company. Before starting Sustainable Plumbing of NC, Paige worked in the corporate world with a heavy focus in operations management. She’s been working in the business world since 2005 and her excitement to grow Sustainable Plumbing of NC into a well-known fixture of Concord and the surrounding areas is palpable.
Alongside Paige is her husband Nate Shue who is our Master Plumber and Project Manager. Nate holds the following qualifications:
NC P1 Plumbing License (Commercial, Residential, Gas)
Certified Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester
Certified Backflow Repair & Maintenance
Electrical License — Special Plumbing, in process
Together the Shues strive to make our company a safe and joyful environment to work, as well as a reliable and trustworthy plumbing service provider to the community.
Kristi is our Office Manager, she answers the phone, emails and texts, as well as processing service requests and more. When you have a problem or need assistance, Kristi is your primary point of contact.
Josh is our Lead Technician, he will meet you on-site and complete your service project.
Finally, I’m Mary-Grace and I’m helping Kristi with the office communication in the afternoons and managing the online presence of Sustainable Plumbing of NC. You’ll find me writing the blog posts, perfecting the company website and online presence, and responding to your reviews on Facebook and Google.
